* Inspect, maintain, and operate dozer.

* Prepare site for material excavation.

* Create berms, ramps, and roadways.

* Prevent aggregate contamination.

* Prepare level areas for equipment placement.

* Push up material, sand, and aggregate piles.

* GPS experience preferred but not required

Job Information

Oilers needed for positions in Montana, Oregon, Washington and Idaho.  Qualified candidates must be willing and able to travel.  Are required to have a CDL w/ hazmat endorsements, tanker endorsements.

This position includes highly skilled mechanical work and maintenance of all types of automotive/fleet and construction equipment.  Must be knowledgeable in fueling procedures.  Will assist mechanic as necessary.  Must be knowledgeable of the mechanical functions of all types of automotive/fleet and basic construction equipment.  Must have knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical/electronic systems common to the construction field.  Must have the ability to read, understand and carry out instructions from repair manuals.  Must have the ability to plan and layout maintenance work independently.  Must have the ability to maintain routine work records efficiently and completely.  Must have the ability to operate a wide variety of automotive/fleet equipment for road testing and operational checks.  Skill in using hand and power tools commonly used in construction repair (e.g. electronic test equipment, oxy/acetylene, welder, etc.).   All work is performed under the direct/indirect supervision of the Lead Mechanic and is reviewed for overall results.
